We check the details
We check availability for your date, look at the location and get back to you if we need to know anything else.

We build your proposal
You receive a proposal tailored to your event: services, team, drinks, extras and any travel costs, clearly itemised.

You confirm
Happy with the proposal? Confirm it and your date is reserved for you.

We bring the bar
On the day we arrive ahead of time, set up, serve all night and pack everything away at the end.
A request, not an instant booking
Submitting the form doesn't book or charge anything. It tells us about your event so we can check availability and prepare a proposal. Your date is only reserved once you've confirmed it.
After you submit
You'll see a reference number straight away. We'll review your event details and get back to you by e-mail or WhatsApp, whichever you prefer.
