Terms & booking conditions
About these terms
These terms apply to the use of this website and to the mobile bar services provided by Copo Cheio Lda. (Lisbon, Portugal · copocheiolisbon@gmail.com). The specific conditions of each event are set out in the proposal you accept; if anything in the proposal differs from these terms, the proposal prevails.
Requests and proposals
Sending a request through this website does not create a booking or any obligation to pay. We reply with a personalised proposal, and a booking only exists once you have accepted it and paid the deposit, unless otherwise agreed. Requests must be made by someone aged 18 or over.
Price and what's included
Every event is quoted individually. Unless the proposal says otherwise, the price includes the mobile bar, the bar team, the open bar (drinks supplied by us), ice, mixers, garnishes and glassware, as well as set-up and breakdown. Optional extras and any travel costs are shown separately in the proposal.
Deposit and payment
Unless otherwise agreed, 50% of the price is paid when you confirm the proposal and the remaining 50% after the event. We accept MB WAY, bank transfer and cash.
Cancellations and changes
If you cancel up to 30 days before the event, we refund everything you've paid. If you cancel less than 30 days before the event, the deposit is kept. Changes to the date, number of guests or services are welcome and depend on our availability; they may change the price.
Travel
There are no travel costs for events in Greater Lisbon (including Lisbon, Cascais and the surrounding area). For events elsewhere in Portugal or abroad, travel is quoted individually and shown in your proposal.
Event requirements
You're responsible for giving us access to the venue in time for set-up, a suitable space for the bar and, where needed, access to power and water. For events in public spaces, such as beaches, you're responsible for any permits required, and we'll help you check what applies. We follow the venue's rules and aren't responsible for services provided by other suppliers you hire.
Responsible alcohol service
We don't serve alcohol to anyone under 18, and our team may ask for identification. We may refuse to serve anyone who appears intoxicated and may stop the service if the safety of guests or staff is at risk. Alcohol-free options are always available.
Complaints and disputes
If something isn't right, please tell us first at copocheiolisbon@gmail.com and we'll do our best to solve it. You can also use the electronic complaints book (www.livroreclamacoes.pt). In the event of a consumer dispute, you may turn to an alternative dispute resolution entity, such as the Centro de Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo de Lisboa or the Centro Nacional de Informação e Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo (CNIACC). More information at www.consumidor.gov.pt.
These terms are governed by Portuguese law.
