Copo Cheio Lda. ("Copo Cheio", "we") is a mobile bar service for events, based in Lisbon, Portugal. We are responsible for the personal data collected through this website. You can contact us about anything related to your data at copocheiolisbon@gmail.com.

When you send an event request, we collect the information you enter in the form: your name, e-mail, phone/WhatsApp number and preferred language, and details about your event: type, date, time, duration, number of guests, venue and address, services of interest, approximate budget and any notes you choose to add.

We also process limited technical data needed to run and protect the website, such as your IP address, which is used temporarily to prevent abuse of the booking form.

We use your data to answer your request, check availability, prepare a proposal and, if you confirm, organise and invoice your event. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and performing that contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

We keep the website secure and prevent spam on the basis of our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), and we keep invoicing records to comply with our legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR). We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

We use a small number of trusted providers to run this website: Netlify (website hosting), Supabase (database, hosted in the European Union) and Google (e-mail, to notify our team of new requests). They process data only on our instructions.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Requests that don't become a booking are deleted within 12 months. For confirmed events, we keep your data for as long as needed to provide the service and afterwards for the period required by law, for example under tax and accounting rules.

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format, by writing to copocheiolisbon@gmail.com. We'll reply within one month.

If you believe your data has been handled incorrectly, you can also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (www.cnpd.pt).
